Yes. In cases of confirmed emergencies, all accredited facilities are allowed to render services to clients who are not even entitled to the facility.

Contact the client service hotline immediately while at the Provider site for immediate assistance.

You can only access care in facilities that accept your benefit plan. However, in cases of emergencies, you are entitled to visit facilities out of your accredited network of Providers

You can identify by verifying the list on the website and/or OHI app. The OHI stickers at the Provider site is also a form of identity

The benefit allocated is for a policy year. Thus, it can be renewed after the policy year ends. However, a special concession can be made with your company to top up an exhausted benefit

Yes, you can accredited herbal clinics

Approved herbal medications from accredited herbal clinics are covered

No. The card is not transferable

For corporate policies, the number of dependents you can register depends on your Company’s policy.
